Spring Team Placement & Meeting Reminder

Hello everyone, 

Kudos to a very successful Winter season. We are rolling right into the Spring Season. Please complete the Spring Season team placement form by March 7th, 2022, at 3:00 pm.

We will see you all at the next virtual league meeting on Tuesday, March 8th, 2022 3:00 pm. The zoom link has been sent via email. Please dont forget to add topics and concerns that you would like to discuss on the Spring Season meeting agenda google doc.

Reminder to add scores

We hope the Winter season is going very well. Please make sure to input scores for your home games. Entering scores becomes very important for bracket placement. Not just putting in a winner, but the point spread helps determine the game intensity or lack thereof. We will be sending out the post-season survey on February 14, 2022. This survey lets us know if your school will participate in the post-season, and If you feel your team is misplaced this season, this is an opportunity to move your team up in the division. On February 16, 2021, the post-season brackets will be sent out. On February 17, 2022, we will hold a lunch-time zoom for 10 – 15 minutes to verify your team’s participation and bracket placement.  

If you cannot attend the lunch zoom, please send an email verifying your participation in the post-season.

Welcome to 2022

We hope everyone had a restful and relaxing break. 

As many of you know that COVID-19 cases concerning the Omicron variant continue to rise and as we move forward with the next season, we must communicate with one another. We are confident that we can have a season following COVID protocols. 

  •  ALL players, coaches, referees, spectators (for those who are allowing them) to be masked at all times. This is mandated by the LA County of health and should be part of your school’s protocols. 
  • All student-athletes that are participating need to test a minimum of once a week.
  • Basketball is considered high risk and should be played outside or in a properly ventilated gym. If a team has four or more cases in 14 days, they have to shut down that team for seven days. 

We also understand that there will be disruptions, starts, and stops along the way, more than likely. It’s critical that school communication regarding schedules, changes, and, most importantly, protocols are regularly shared and honored. It’s essential to make space for cancelations and to be as flexible as possible. We can pull this off if we are diligent and work together. This may be how we have to operate for this season.

All Score Submission Pages Updates

As of today at 1:13 PM, the score submission pages for Flag Football and Girls Basketball are fully available. Based on testing, all scores have been updating instantly on the website once they are entered in the Google Doc. The current sports being played are highlighted in blue on the score submission page. If you have any questions or problems, please reach out.

Last day to enter scores is Wednesday, November 10th.

Calendar Updated


Hi League Members!
The website calendar is completely updated, showing all dates currently listed through the rest of the year. Dates will be added as we continue to meet and update things. Currently, the next AD Meeting is December 7th. You can click on Schedule or click here and copy any dates directly to your calendar by clicking on the event.

The SFVPSL Checklist

Just a quick list to remind you of what we have asked of the members.

  • Submit Payment for SFVPSL Dues, See you email from July. Can’t find it? Let us know.

  • Complete Code of Conduct Form. Located in the Forms tab. As of today, only 12 ADs/Coaches have signed the form.

  • Complete Fall Sports Info Form. Located in the Forms tab. As of today, we only have 10 schools submitted. We hope to get these back as soon as possible so that we can share the results with the teams and let everyone start contacting each other who has similarly aligned campus guidelines.

  • Submit Teams by September 10th
